Polymer clay earrings are one-of-a-kind, lightweight, and durable.
Polymer clay does not crack, chip, or break easily - if your earring breaks or you have an issue - you must email support@dellaroxie.com
Although durable - we don’t recommend getting them wet and or bending any style no matter how flexible they look.

Processing and Shipping Time
We strive to provide an exceptional delivery process to complement our quality products.
Please allow 7 - 28 days for processing time as the majority of products are handmade and made to order.
Processing time is the time after an order is placed until it is shipped to you.
Although processing time may be quicker than that , thank you for your patience in advance.
Standard Shipping is 5-7 days.
Priority Shipping 2-3 days.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, there will be no refunds or exchanges, if something is received damaged or missing, please get in touch with us at support@dellaroxie.com and we will find a solution.
Custom Request
There is a link at the top and homepage to request a custom order for earrings only. Thank you for considering us for your idea. After we agree on a design, processing is 7-14 business days. Thanks!
What do I do if I am done with my Della Roxie earrings?
Thanks for asking! We strive to keep the environment safe and do not wish to contribute to unhealthy habits of society.
In order to align our values with the ongoing initiative to keep our environment clean, we ask you to recycle your unused Della Roxie earrings to you local thrift shop!
This will allow us to continue our goal of being versatile and one-of-a-kind.
In addition, you can send your older earrings back to us after a year of purchase, if you wish to swap them for a new pair “on us”. This is limited to once a year and inventory but this is not limited to sending us other pairs to “recycle”.
We will efficiently use the clay for other uses and future projects and thank you for participating in our effort to keep the earth a little cleaner.
